This may happen during a formal analysis process where we will consult with you, your team and your customers to develop and design a totally unique programme. Alternatively, during more informal discussions with you, we will formulate our best practice material to meet the particular needs of your business.

We closely examine what you currently achieve and compare your key performance indicators.
We will determine your teams' current level of skill, knowledge and attitude and whether they follow your processes.
We do this through the completion of self and manager assessments prior to the start of the workshop. This clearly indicates the learning gap.

Each day is typically broken into 5 to 6 modules. We follow a simple 4 step philosophy for each module.

We use multi-media technology to interact with your workforce long after the more formal side of the training has finished.
All delegates attending a Lammore development programme are encouraged to attend 'Action Learning' events to take place within one month of the training being undertaken.
This will reinforce the key messages of the workshop. These events can continue on a quarterly basis to revisit key modules and further develop skills and behaviours.
