If you have a proven track record in sales and management, as well as demonstrable experience of delivering training then we would like to hear from you. We offer a comprehensive Induction and Associate Training Programme which will ensure that you are right for us and that your talents are best served to Inspire, Entertain and Make a Difference with our clients. We can provide a challenging and supportive environment where you will be continuously learning.
Our Process:
Step 1: Our Moves
A chance for you to see if you like our delivery style and material. You shadow us for a day.
Step 2: Your Moves
We see if your training style fits with our mission of 'inspire, entertain & make a difference'.
You run a Lammore module (typically an hour/hour and a half) using our training notes. Feel free to inject your own material within the module as appropriate (providing the core structure of the module is followed).
You then shadow the trainer for the rest of the day.
Step 3: Train the Trainer
Assuming that steps 1 & 2 go well, we will train you on the rest of the material. The support provided will consist of:
- trainer manual
- workbook
- telephone coaching
- face to face coaching (where appropriate)
You will also be invited to attend further Lammore training events to shadow one of our trainers.
Step 4: Double Teaming
You will run your first event, shadowed by us to support as required.
Step 5: Solo
You run the programme alone.
