We will design a bespoke training needs survey for your staff members to complete online - after taking a short brief from you, over the phone. Responses will be received by our office, usually in complete confidence.

We will prepare a summary report from this data, highlighting common training needs - along with our proposal demonstrating how we would approach any issues raised.

In addition ... we are happy to conduct a free "mystery shopper" exercise.

We will prepare a report highlighting development opportunities based on our experience - after one of our team has made an enquiry into your business as a prospective client.
