Founded in 2002, we are a team of highly experienced and successful business professionals with a proven capability to deliver behavioural change, designed to transform your business.

This may happen during a formal analysis process where we will consult with you, your team and your customers to develop and design a totally unique programme. Alternatively, during more informal discussions with you, we will formulate our best practice material to meet the particular needs of your business.

 

Q : What processes do you have in place?

A: We Analyse Where You Are

 

We closely examine what you currently achieve and compare your key performance indicators.
We will determine your teams’ current level of skill, knowledge and attitude and whether they follow your processes.
We do this through the completion of self and manager assessments prior to the start of the workshop. This clearly indicates the learning gap.

At Lammore Consulting, this means training that entertains, inspires and makes a difference. We ensure that we meet your needs by engaging your team within an enjoyable and stimulating environment.

Each day is typically broken into 5 to 6 modules. We follow a simple 4 step philosophy for each module.

  • What are the key learning outcomes for the module?
  • Do the theories underpin the module and give it credibility and meaning?
  • How can we deliver it in a fun and engaging way?
  • How does it relate back to the workplace and how can the delegate implement the learning?

Training is only effective if the learning is applied. We make it our mission to deliver sustainable results.


We use multi-media technology to interact with your workforce long after the more formal side of the training has finished.


All delegates attending a Lammore development programme are encouraged to attend ‘Action Learning’ events to take place within one month of the training being undertaken.


This will reinforce the key messages of the workshop. These events can continue on a quarterly basis to revisit key modules and further develop skills and behaviours.
